(More customer reviews)The first microwave would not work.It would not respond to controls, would not spin and would not heat.Sharp support was very friendly, but could not do much over the phone.They suggested a local repair shop.Instead, I returned it to Amazon, which was unbelievably easy. The replacement had no issues whatsoever.Great packaging, nice design, gets the job done.
